Raidah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member of both the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Canada (CRPO) and Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Raidah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

By understanding the importance of finding a therapist who is willing to understand an individual’s perception of the world, Raidah is deeply committed to approaching therapy through a biopsychosocial-cultural lens, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences. Central to Raidah’s practice is the establishment of a safe and inclusive space where individuals can authentically engage with their emotions and identities. Raidah supports a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, crisis, grief, interpersonal struggles, self-esteem, and trauma. Raidah firmly believes in collaboration and holism and use modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients recognize the depth and complexity of their identities beyond their presenting issues.

Raidah is fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.

Raidah’s rate is $160+hst for a 50 minute individual session.
