Dr. Ghayoori is our in-house doctor! Dr. Ghayoori is a licensed naturopathic doctor and international medical doctor. Her practice is geared towards helping people to address the deeper root causes of their symptoms, and supporting their physical and mental health as a whole unit. She believes in integrating modern science with traditional and natural healing practices to empower people on their journey to optimal health and wellness.

Dr. Ghayoori offers preventive diet and lifestyle counseling, as well as personalized holistic treatment plans for a wide range of health conditions such as digestive issues, metabolic, hormonal and immune system imbalances, skin diseases and aging, women’s health, child health, weight management, and chronic pain.

Naturopathic Approach To Mental Health

Naturopathic emphasizes no-drug-based treatments, including self-care, preventive behaviours, dietary nutrition, and physical activity. It is a primary health care profession, prioritizing prevention, treatment, and optimal health. The aim is to make sure the client is very well informed, understands, and is ready to participate in their health care plan. They empower clients to take responsibility for their health. The educated client will step up for themselves and feel prepared to take an active role in healing. The client gets a fresh perspective on preventative care and natural treatment options for improved health. The doctor acknowledges the therapeutic value inherent in the doctor-patient relationship.
