Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists

We would love for you to join our team at Vaughan Counselling and Psychotherapy Inc. to come into our Vaughan office on Weston Rd.

Our team consists of both Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. We provide psychotherapy and counselling to individual adults, youths, children, the elderly, couples, and families. We help clients with various struggles and tailor our methods based on the client's needs.

We are looking for a member in good standing of appropriate regulated health professions College (including Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario). Experience working with children, couples and families is an asset. Knowing an additional language is also an asset due to the diversity around us. We are looking for someone who is understanding, has proficient listening skills and values discretion. We want someone who is organized and on top of scheduling sessions for their clients. We ultimately hope for someone who can be accountable to their team members and their clients.

Our clinic has many advantages: we have a variety of therapists of different backgrounds. We have therapists that work with diverse Populations, Struggles, and Modalities. Witnessing this can help you better understand what you would like to do. We also provide training, paid for by the clinic, for those interested in a specific modality (it is not mandatory, but a great thing to take advantage of).

We at Vaughan Counselling and Psychotherapy Inc are a team of therapists and are looking for a student who is a good team member and can work efficiently on their own. Someone who cares about the client's well being as much as we do and wants to provide them with the best service.
