Accepting new clients! (In-person and Virtual)
Alessia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including children, adolescents, and families.
Alessia brings a strong foundation in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to her therapeutic work, having supported neurodiverse clients and those with developmental disabilities across a range of clinical and community settings. Her experience in ABA complements her psychotherapy practice, allowing her to integrate behavioural strategies into sessions when appropriate to support meaningful and sustainable change. She takes a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Alessia works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, and behavioural concerns. Drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strengths-Based Therapy, Alessia tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients. She believes that therapy is a space for exploration, self-awareness, and growth, and she is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop practical coping tools, and move toward greater confidence and well-being.
Alessia’s rate is $120 for a 50 minute individual session.
