Alessia Cerundolo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Alessia has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, and integrates this background into her psychotherapy practice to provide informed, compassionate care.

She works with clients navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, and family dynamics. She also supports neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Alessia’s approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. She helps clients explore how early experiences, family patterns, and core beliefs influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while developing practical coping strategies and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, parts-work-informed approaches, and nervous system-informed strategies, and offers therapy in English and Italian, both virtually and in-person.


Alessia’s rate is $165 for a 50 minute individual session. Alessia also speaks Italian. Offers services at our Vaughan location and virtually.
