Chloe RPQ - MACC Candidate (Qualifying)
Currently accepting new clients!
Chloe is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours), with a concentration in Disability and Chronic Illness.
Chloe believes that meaningful change begins within a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. Rather than viewing clients through the lens of their struggles alone, she believes in understanding the whole person, including their strengths, values, relationships, and lived experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Chloe takes an integrative, person-centred approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strength-based approaches. She tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that there is no single approach that fits everyone.
Chloe supports individuals with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and identity challenges, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, and life transitions. She understands that reaching out for support can feel like a vulnerable first step and strives to help clients leave each session with greater insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of their own ability to navigate life’s challenges
Chloe’s rate is $145 for a 50 minute individual counselling session
