She values a collaborative, holistic and client-centred approach and believes that each person’s experiences, identity, and strengths are important parts of the therapeutic process.

Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and strengths-based interventions. Farina strives to create an inclusive and culturally sensitive environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals at their own pace.

Farina is passionate about helping clients develop self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping strategies to support long-term well-being and personal growth. Farina works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples.
