Kendra RPQ - MACC Candidate (Qualifying)
Currently accepting new clients!
Kendra is a dedicated therapist intern currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling.
She believes that transformation begins with a warm and safe space where you can share your story without judgment. Her background in youth mentorship and team leadership taught her the profound value of active listening and empathy, which are core values she brings into every therapeutic relationship.
Kendra views therapy holistically, recognizing that you are far more than your current struggles. Her approach goes beyond addressing immediate challenges to focus on uncovering your unique strengths and resilience, empowering you to recognize your own agency and create meaningful, lasting change.
Understanding that the therapeutic process looks different for everyone, Kendra tailors her approach to match your individual needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, she takes an integrative, practical, and adaptable approach to ensure that each session feels relevant, supportive, and aligned with the goals you want to achieve.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, or whatever unique challenges you may be facing, you do not have to carry the weight entirely on your own. Kendra looks forward to walking alongside you, providing the support you need on your journey toward healing and growth.
Kendra works with youth (16+) and adults. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Kendra’s rate is $145 for a 50 minute individual counselling session
