Meaghan RPQ - MACC Candidate (Qualifying)

Meaghan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies with a minor in Sociology.
Meaghan brings warmth, authenticity, and compassion to her therapeutic work. She is committed to developing trusting relationships with her clients and providing an inclusive environment where they can speak openly without fear of judgement. She recognizes that beginning therapy requires courage and aims to help clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the process.
Working from a collaborative and person-centred perspective, Meaghan draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She adapts the therapeutic process to reflect each client’s needs, personal values, cultural background, and goals.
Meaghan works with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, substance-use concerns, and significant life transitions.
She believes therapy can provide an opportunity to reconnect with oneself, develop greater self- understanding, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. Meaghan considers it a privilege to support clients through the therapeutic process.
Meaghan’s rate is $145 for a 50 minute individual counselling session
