Bianca Lamberti is a Masters Student of Counselling Psychology. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, as well as a certificate in Organizational Behaviour. Bianca takes a compassionate, humanistic, and client-centered approach to therapy. She believes that healing begins in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they explore their experiences, uncover their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives. She draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches—including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness—tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual. Bianca places strong emphasis on the mind-body connection, helping clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are interconnected. By fostering awareness of this relationship, she supports clients in developing deeper self understanding and balance in both mind and body. Believing in the power of connection and understanding, Bianca focuses on meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively with clients to integrate their own strengths and interests throughout the therapeutic process. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, crisis, and life transitions. Bianca is passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate challenges and move toward greater resilience, growth, and well-being.
